Which app do I use? +
On Firestick & Android we use our own app (sent as an APK). On Samsung & LG Smart TVs we use IBO Player. On iPhone, iPad & Apple TV we use Smarters Player Lite. Other devices use similar players.
How do I set up on Firestick? +
Install the free Downloader app, enter the APK link we send you, install our app, then log in with your details. Full walkthrough on our

I haven't received my login or app — what now? +
Check your email spam/junk folder first. If it's not there,
message us on WhatsApp and we'll resend straight away.
My login says invalid or expired +
This is almost always a small typo in the username, password or server URL, or a subscription that isn't active yet. Re-check each field carefully, or contact support and we'll fix it in minutes.
Streaming & quality
What internet speed do I need? +
10 Mbps for HD, 20 Mbps for Full HD, and 30 Mbps or above for 4K. Use a wired Ethernet connection for live sport where possible.
Will it work with my UK broadband? +
Yes. Our servers are optimised for all major UK providers — BT, Virgin Media, Sky, TalkTalk, EE and Plusnet — including during peak evening hours.
How do I stop buffering? +
Use Ethernet where possible, close other streaming apps, and pick the HD stream if your connection is under 30 Mbps. Our Anti-Freeze servers handle the rest — if a stream struggles, message support.
Can I watch UK and international sport? +
Yes — football, rugby, cricket, boxing, motorsport and PPV events are all included, in up to 4K, with servers balanced for peak match times.
Is there catch-up and a TV guide? +
Yes — 4-day catch-up on any channel plus a full electronic programme guide (EPG) across the whole library.
